Being outdoor gives me so much happiness and joy! I find that a simple hike can bring me smile for at least a day or 10 mile ride on onewheel can bring me so much fun that only snowboard would overtake (maybe!).

To me, it’s important to pack all the needs and bring it along with me for an adventure. The main need is cold fresh water.

Our trip to Lake Tahoe was almost cancelled because of wildfires in Northern California. We were not sure about the safety of this trip - air quality and lake activities. We didn’t want to boat in smoky and unhealthy conditions.

Somehow, the day we booked a boat for was absolute gorgeous with plenty of sunshine. I got burned! The only day we had seen more smoke and felt the sun through the smoke cover was out last day. Seams like the sky merged into the lake and it became just one giant smoke cloud.

I definitely have a thing for PNW beaches and cool temperatures. It was so unusual to come back home and experience the heat and the big city vibes again after such a magical nature “breezy” getaway.

I re-watched the twilight saga right before coming to this place. And I re-watched it again right after coming back home.

I really do believe that magic creatures live in the rainforest. I felt like I was being watched when I was walking through the woods. Some unexplained scents, tree shapes and luck of sunlight made my head spin and dizzy. Despite all of this - I would stay there. Forever.

Before coming to Washington, I had to make some arrangements as far as gear check list, logistics, prepare to extreme weather conditions, just in case and be sure travel plans are written down on a piece of paper (luck of reception).

Tent camping on the beach will definitely take the top spot on my list. Waking up to a sound of ocean, opening up the tent and feel that ocean breeze should have a big price. Instead, it gives me back more than I would get from a five star hotel experience.
