MY DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE ???? ???? ????. NOBU at home. #glutenfree and everything I dreamed it would be! ~~~~~~~~~~ RECIPE: ???? Ingredients: 4 cups boiled rice, 1/2 cup white rice vinegar, 1 T sugar (optional) 1 avocado, fresh salmon, spicy tuna, sesame, olive oil, crispy onion flakes ???? After boiling your rice add the rice vinegar and mix. Add the rice to an 8 x 8 pan. Press evenly. ???? Freeze rice for one hour. Cut into rectangles. Fry the rice on a skillet with olive oil. ???? When both sides are golden brown, Remove the crispy rice and place it on a paper towel to soak the excess oil. ????Stack your avocado and salmon/tuna on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy onion flakes. Enjoy!! Dip in #glutenfree soy sauce (optional)

✨INTUITIVE EATING. Every time I do a Q + A, i have a bunchhh of questions asking, "outside of gluten-free, what diet do i follow?" the answer is NONE. I eat for me. I listen to my body and eat the foods I want to eat, when I want to eat them. ✨ I'm not shaming anyone who follows a 'diet.' trust me... ive done them all. i'm a very curious person and I'm always looking for 'that thing' that's going to make me feel better. And what's made me the happiest and healthiest is completely listening to myself and my body. Some days i happen to eat like a carnivore and others days i happen to be vegan. Some days I have a smoothie for breakfast and other days I have bacon and a bowl of hashbrowns. I wake up and I ask my body what it wants. And that's what I have. THIS is how I get my results ???????? ✨What's healthy for one person IS NOT necessarily right for you. I encourage you all to learn about new things, try foods that interest you, see what feels right and what doesn't. A few years ago I did keto for a few months. I lost my period and my relationship with food completely changed. it was miserable. then i added back carbs (im a sweet potato and potato FIEND-- in every form) and it was the healthiest ive ever been and felt. THE SNACK PLATTER OF MY DREAMS!! ????❤️???? *************** Going fondue style today with @simplemills New Sweet Thins! This mix between a cracker and a cookie features lead ingredient watermelon seed flour, promoting crop biodiversity for better soil health. It makes me feel GOOD to snack on these treats, as they are better for the planet…and us! It comes in 3 flavors: chocolate brownie, Honey Cinnamon, and Chocolate Mint.
