Mexico day 2; Which it’s going to have different parts…. Be patient! Breakfast was at 8AM, YES I was feeling myself with my cowboy hat! Right after breakfast class was in session. Profe @caskproof was preparing us for the WSET level 1 exam. The @wsetglobal (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) exam is a globally recognized qualification in wine & spirits education. It’s a structured program that offers courses & exams in wine, spirits, beer, and sake, designed for both enthusiasts and professionals in the drinks industry. Profe Nick truly was the best teacher ever I learned so much & hopefully I pass the test to move forward with level 2. After alllll that knowledge we finally went to experience the El Tequileño distillery. It was so awesome seeing the whole cooking the agave hearts aka piñas, milling, open tank fermentation, distillation & finally tasting the overproof tequila. After finally seeing how El Tequileño was made we had a tasting. So freaking delicious. We also stop by the gift shop & got some swag.

Mexico Day 1; After a 6 hour flight from Miami to Dallas to Mexico we finally made it! Customs wasn’t too bad we even got to change our dollar bills for pesos. Yes very confusing. 1 American dollar equals to 19 pesos. Anyways our amazing driver was outside holding up a El Tequileño sign! El Tequilero here we come! The drive from Guadalajara Airport to @casasalleshotel hotel was only a hour in a half away. Buckle your seatbelt because it’s a bumpy ride. The moment we got to @casasalleshotel they greeted us with so much love & care. Gina, Lourdes & JP, I’m really going to miss you guys. The service at the hotel was so amazing & don’t even get me started with the Chef! Best food ever, from breakfast, lunch and dinner! After getting settled we went downstairs had breakfast & a Michelada. Right next to the hotel you could check out El Tequilero distillery which it’s such a plus. I got to explore a little around it before the actual tour. Wow those piñas are huge. It’s time to hit the town of Tequila Jalisco the walk was only 10-15 mins from the hotel but it’s HOT! Once we got into town I needed a drink so I had there most famous cocktail “Cantarito”. It was served in a custom made pot, so refreshing. After a couple of hours exploring the town we went back to the hotel to have dinner and meet up with the rest of the group ❤️

Happy birthday to me, 33 never felt this good. I drove 1 hour to Key Largo to go scuba diving. After signing a waiver & checking in my nerves, got the best of me so I stop by this little bar called @skippers_dockside they had the best Piña colada. Scuba diving was so amazing & beautiful the @rainbowreefdivecenter team is so awesome must book with them. After an hour boat ride we finally got to the Statue of Christ. Ughhhhh so beautiful but next time I want dive to get closer. Yes if you’re scuba diving you could see it but not as close. The water is 17 feet & clear which helps but still. We scuba dive for two hours. What a work out!!! So be ready! I also think I swallowed half of the ocean lol (also 1st time using a GoPro) Another hour back we stop by to eat at @snapperskeylargo the muscles are a go too! ????

SOBEWFF Food & Wine festival 2025 at South beach. I got to work for @chicasdivertidastequila it’s @theestallion new tequila!! Megan got behind the bar & I taught her how to make a “Spicy Chica Rita” which YOU could also make it at home. Muddle 2-3 slices of fresh jalapeño .5 Agave 1oz Fresh lime juice 2oz Chicas Divertidas white tequila Shake it the Megan way! Strain with ice into a Margarita glass Garnish with a lime wheel fulll with Tajín. Day 3; Colorado/Denver trip. First we stop by the Colorado Convention Center to take a picture of “Big Blue Bear” his peeking inside. So cute! Then we drove off to the @redrocksco wow I need to come back & attend a concert it’s so beautiful. After that since I couldn’t get enough of those mountains we went to the Colorado Springs. They have a trail to go down and explore, it felt so peaceful. Also Colorado Springs is like a whole other town. We stop be Manitou Springs to buy some gifts & off we went. I’m totally coming back. Colorado was so worth it except for the altitude it could get a little overwhelming.

Day 2; Colorado/Denver trip. Wake up to snow so we took our little cold butt to @breakfastinndenver best hot chocolate! I don’t know about you guys but I love diners. The food was so amazing & cheap. Then we went to @meow__wolf which obviously I had to do a whole post about that museum. After exploring 70 plus doors with beautiful art we got hungry. We stop to grab food at @brutalpoodledenver get the smoked tossed BBQ wings & vegan style tater tots!!! Ugh so fire. Then I’m obsessed with breweries so we went to @crookedstave you’re best beat is to get a float & try different cold brews, ciders & etc. At this point we are bar hopping, next stop @retroroomdenver I had an infused pickle back. Retro room is known for there infused $5 dollar shots! Downtown Denver is so relaxing & the graffiti hits different. Got hungry again so of course my fat ass wants pizza & not just any pizza. We stop by @sliceworkspizza omgggg get the Big Mac pizza it literally taste like a Big Mac it’s nuts! Ugh & the pickles! Concert TIME! The @theplotinyouofficial was performing at the Ogden Theater what a show! Baby landan ughhh I’m in love. I can’t be out of town & not stop by a strip club lol @denverscarlettscabaret the girls are so hot & talented. No homo ????

Day 1; Denver/Colorado trip. Took my happy ass to NÜ rentals to get my dream car… of course a bumblebee bright yellow jeep! (Which btw I totally recommend) Then drove 3 hours to the High West 285.. the mountains are so beautiful (it was so wroth the drive) We finally get to @mountprincetonhotsprings.fun ; tickets are $40 .. you don’t have to rent a locker it’s optional. Brought my totally Miami bathing suit & off I went. Sitting & relaxing in hot springs water was much needed. Yes the water is hot but on the other side of the rocks it’s cold & yes it’s still freezing outside so I suggest you rent the towels so when you get out. After relaxing at the hot springs we drove back to Denver. Guys how my pictures are posted is literally the different weathers we drove through. “If you don’t like the weather in Colorado.. wait 10 mins” ????
