Women don’t lack confidence, we have a different relationship with not having all the answers - this was something a speaker said and it stuck with me. 1. It’s ok if you don’t know all the answers. Find a problem to solve, test your hypothesis and ask yourself “what is my NEXT STEP” - which brings me to: 2. Keep things low-risk If you don’t have a big appetite for risk, that’s ok. Despite what someone online might’ve told you, you do not need to quit your job, go into debt, or go all in on one idea. It’s ok to take things slow and strategically, test the market, and iterate based on demand. Studies show that companies that were started as a side hustle are more likely to be successful anyway. 3. Build trust with yourself Facing hard things and figuring them out builds your confidence in your ability to do that over and over again. The main way I’ve built confidence in myself is keeping the promises I make to myself and make to others, even when it’s hard. Ok I think that’s it for my business philosophy rant for today, I actually wrote this myself no tech this time and I’m not selling a course just love ya bye!!!!

What if you’re someone who gets their best ideas at 2am? Who thrives on multiple projects at once? Who does their best work when they follow what they’re actually excited about instead of what’s on the to-do list? I used to fight against how my mind works. Tried to force myself into the productivity systems and business strategies that work for everyone else. Felt like a failure every time I started something new or pivoted to whatever project was calling to me that day. This is just how I operate. Some days I’m deep in one project. Sometimes I follow the plan. Sometimes the plan goes out the window because inspiration hit and I’m running with it. Things get done. It all comes together. You don’t need permission to work differently. You don’t need to apologize for having multiple projects going at once or for letting your mind run wild with ideas. That’s not chaos—that’s how some of us create our best work. So if you’re the entrepreneur with 6 business ideas, 47 open tabs, and a brain that refuses to stay in one lane—stop trying to fix it. Learn to work with it. Build systems that support how you actually think, not how you think you should think. The “right” way is whatever way gets you to show up and create something you’re proud of ????
