When I train, I want to feel good — inside and out. Comfort matters to me as much as movement itself, and that’s why I choose pieces that fit beautifully and support every rep. ???????? The gym is my only “me time.” It’s my little escape, my reset — and honestly, the only place I actually get ready for.???? That’s why investing in activewear I love feels worth it.It’s not just gym wear — it’s what I feel most myself in. ???? Fanka has that balance — elegant, sculpting, and so comfortable that I could live in it all day. If you think this exercise is simple, you’re probably not doing it correctly. Step Ups are one of the most underrated lower body movements — but when performed right, they hit everything: glutes, quads, hamstrings, and even your core. ✅ Go slow. ✅ Don’t push off the back leg. ✅ Control every single rep — no jumping, no rushing. This is not just a leg exercise — it’s a full-body stability challenge that improves balance, coordination, and strength. Try 3 sets of 10–12 reps per leg and tell me how “simple” it feels after the second set ???? Save this for later ???? #stepups #legday #gluteworkout #womensstrength #postpartumfitness #functionaltraining #strongwomen #lowerbodyworkout

I spend my days chasing my little one and coaching women to feel their best. ????‍♀️ But I never forget the woman I was before — and the one I’m becoming now. Motherhood didn’t make me lose myself — it just showed me how strong and soft I can be at the same time. ???? postpartumjourney #feminineenergy #strongwomen #selflovejourney #momandwoman #confidencefromwithin #womenempowerment #softandstrong #healingwoman

There’s no better feeling than seeing my girls grow stronger — not just physically, but mentally too. Every time one of my them sends progress photos, hits a new PR, or simply tells me she feels good in her body — my heart is full. ???????? This isn’t just coaching. It’s connection, trust, and growth — together. ❤️ I'm done with work for this week, mums duty now ????

Here’s how you should warm up before your main set ???? Your warm-up isn’t just to “feel ready” — it’s to prime your muscles, improve control, and activate strength before the real work starts. Don’t skip it — that’s how you lift heavier and safer. Here’s my example for today’s RDL: ???? Few reps only — 30kg to feel the movement 1️⃣ 50kg x 8 reps – first working warm-up 2️⃣ 55kg x 8 reps – close to top weight 3️⃣ 60kg x 6 reps – my max for today 4️⃣ 60kg x 6 reps – holding the same load Every set has a purpose — from technique, to activation, to strength. That’s how you build control before power.

What I eat in a day — simple, balanced, and real. I don’t overthink food anymore. I choose what makes me feel light, energized, and strong — not what’s “perfect” on paper. ???? Breakfast: eggs, greek yogurt, cucumber, toast ☕ Cortado with a touch of pumpkin spice ???? Lunch: chicken, couscous, fresh veggies, pomegranate ???? Snack: mango, strawberries & blueberries ???? Dinner: tortilla with chicken and crunchy vegetables I keep my food simple and clean — because I want it to fuel my day, not complicate it. That’s how it works for me ???? _________________________________________ If you need help with your food and choices- be free to contact me via DM for your Nutrition food plan ????????

Some days I feel like I could conquer the world. Other days… I’m just proud I managed to wash my hair and drink water. ???? Balancing work, baby, and life feels like doing a triathlon with no training sometimes. You need rest, but there’s no time to rest. You need time for yourself, but the second you sit down — someone wakes up, cries, or needs a snack. You know you need a pause… but time is flying so fast that you keep telling yourself, “I’ll slow down next week.” And somehow, that “next week” never comes... Still — between the chaos, the tired eyes, and unfinished to-do lists — there’s laughter, hugs, and tiny moments that remind you it’s all worth it. I know one day I’ll miss this version of life too, but let me just survive this phase ????

No one is happier than me. Sick. Still coughing. I don’t even know how many sleepless nights we had this week… but we still showed up. ????????‍♀️ 70 kg after 2 years — not just strength, but pure persistence.???????? Because sometimes discipline carries you when energy can’t. ✨
