So happy that I finally got these legs strong, working together with my healthy lungs. ???????????? I was needing so much this after CCC. ???? I had a pretty consistent race, no stomach issues and no big ups and downs. Mentally was really good actually. ???????? Transgracanária Advanced 85km/ 5.000md+ / 12:22hs 18ª mulher / 18th female ???? Top 20 in one of the most tradicional races in the world and best long race of my life so far to start 2024 the best way possible. ???? Less than 9 minutes for the top 15. Top 10 was like 20 minutes ahead of me, but it was a little bit far from half away, around 55 minutes. This race always has super high level athletes. But I’m extremely happy with the race I delivered. It’s such a good feeling to feel my body strong from the beginning to the end, very consistent and see how much I improved my technical level. This is more important than everything to me! ???? I will talk more about the race details soon. Thanks to my Head of Logistics, most efficient German and best crew ever @macy_pacy. Good job mate! ????❣️ Always pretty good to see your handsome face waiting for me at the aid stations. ???? _____________________________________________ Top 20 em uma das provas mais tradicionais do mundo e melhor prova longa da vida até agora pra começar o ano com o pé direito. ???? Menos de 9 minutos atrás do top 15. Top 10 estava cerca de 20 minutos na frente, mas ficou um pouco longe da metade pro final da prova, com mais ou menos uns 55 minutos, essa prova sempre tem um nível altíssimo de corredores. Mas extremamente feliz com a prova que eu entreguei. É uma sensação tão única sentir meu corpo forte do início ao fim, muito consistente e ver o quanto meu nível técnico subiu. Uma prova sólida, sem grandes altos e baixos emocionais e alimentação perfeita. O ano mais intenso, mais mágico e mais incrível que eu já vivi aqui em Chamonix. E a primeira vez sozinha nessa linha de chegada. Mas foi especial demais. Felicidade que não cabe no peito de ver meu corpo tão forte e cruzar essa linha de chegada com essa carinha boa. ???????? Cheguei no ponto de partida que eu sonhei e treinei muito nos últimos 6 anos pra alcançar. Mal posso esperar pra voltar e correr mais rápido. This season was the most intense, most magical and most incredible that I've ever lived here in Chamonix. And the first time alone on that finish line. But it was very special.
