I’ve been sharing myself, my body, my ways, online for 9 years now. Because I know what it feels like to doubt yourself. To feel like you have to shrink, be less, hide more, just to make others feel comfortable. But here’s the truth: there’s nothing wrong with feeling good in your own skin. Showing your body, in a bikini, in your fave gym clothes, or however you choose, is not about attention. It’s about taking your power back. About saying: this is me, and I don’t owe anyone discomfort to make them feel better. Especially here in the Netherlands, I often feel like stepping outside the norm, being “too driven,” too fit, too ambitious, too proud- gets shut down before you even start. But I’ve let go of that noise a long time ago???? People still make comments about how we live. what we eat, how we train, the discipline we have. But you know what? A fit body is the new status symbol. Not for looks. But because it shows self-respect. Work ethic. Discipline. Health. All the things we should be proud of, not ashamed of. And no, you don’t need a six pack to belong in that conversation. If you’re showing up for yourself, even once a week, even in small ways… you’re doing the work. You’re not the one sitting on the couch criticizing others, you’re the one moving. I’ve helped thousands of people shift their mindset over the years, women and men. Because I choose to share. I post my food, my life, my workouts, not because it’s easy. But because it’s worth it. So this is your reminder: you’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to feel good. Against all odds.. here we are baby!! Proud to show you my February cover of @womenshealthnl ????????????. from not being able to walk with non stop pain, to today..❤️‍???? After not being able to train for 5 months post hernia surgery, I barely had 6 weeks to get get ready to do the shoot in December. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Constantly convincing my mind what my heart already knew it wanted to do: recover and come back stronger than ever. Not knowing it would result in one of the biggest covers I’ve done in my career???????? thank you guys for always being my number one support even if that meant I couldn’t be the energetic happy self at times in my recovery.???????? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While still in recovery i set my mind on eating healthy and enough, putting my health first. I HAD to do this for myself????????. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ to close it off.. Let me be your reminder that when you’re in a bad period and bridging the space between where you are and where you want to be, that the person you’re becoming is already within you???????????? it may sound cliche.. but when I was crying on the couch, of the pain post surgery, all I could think of was that even this hell was part of the journey. You don’t have to be brave, you just have to keep trying!!???? X Noch

No gym clothing & autumn vibes???????????????? some people will say, why are you always dressed up when you’re not training? And fun thing about me is that that is something that I’ve learned from my mom and my Mexican culture, being half Latina, as well. Show up as the best version for yourself first and you will attract the good around you. It’s almost like putting yourself up for succes, whatever that “best version” of you might look like that day. So if sweats and a no makeup day is that- that’s okay too. So yes, I wear the outfits that make me feel my confident self, I only got one life and I like to spend it in stuff I love and feel best in. even if that means faking it towards myself sometimes???? because no I don’t feel good everyday, but dressing myself in things I adore makes it better and makes me a little more motivated for a day. ????

What I eat in a day; to have abs and be fast af boiiii????????‍♀️⏩(still working on that part????) When I trained only in the gym, my nutrition was all about building muscle and staying consistent. Almost like only filling your macros and whatever worked, worked. Now that I’m running too, everything’s shifted. BIG time. my body burns more, craves more, and needs more. My appetite is unstoppable sometimes???? now what I eat, is also what keeps me fast, light, and recovered. So, I’m slowly learning how to eat for both power and stamina, not just one or the other. It feels like I finally have a frame with a motor!! ????️ so happy In this journey so far???? Still learning, still adjusting, but every week I feel stronger and faster! Gonna share all of these things about hybrid training along the way, learning as much as I can now about it all????! And obviously testing it on myself????????????

She’s a runner she a track star… not really but you get the vibe???????? @brooksrunningblx ad Starting something new will never feel perfect You’ll feel slow, you’ll feel behind, and social media will make you think your progress isn’t ‘enough’. But hey.. I’m 6 months into running and still feel like a baby! ????and that’s okay. Because the only thing that matters is that I started in the first place while at the same time being scared , because how is all my muscle ready for running?????? Being a beginner at a new sport is a privilege- so why put so much pressure on ourselves anyway????????? Don’t wait for the ‘right moment.’ Do it scared, do it tired, do it messy. Just start????????????‍????????

Hybrid baddie????????✨ now let me get this straight first… for years. I have been training in the gym bodybuilding style, that is literally how my social media started. Inbetween it all, life can throw all kinds of challenges your way> herniated disc surgery, ups & downs. But this running thing, I started only this year, made me question my methods. It was like I literally missed my inner motor while I had all the strength and could lift my 100kg boyfriend- but I was out of breath when I ran a bit????? um no sis✌???????? So kinda decided I want it all. It’s never too late to change your way of training or how you see yourself. All the better if we keep learning and trying new stuff!???????????? Had to put my ego aside and drop a little of my heavy weights, volume & intensity. BUT in return I got a body that doesn’t feel like a ???? anymore. I feel lighter, my heart is happy & I feel fit fit. Best decision ever & it’s only the start???? We’re strong. We’re fast. We’re healthy. We can do it all!

It’s funny how me and J started walking during Covid and actually never stopped. How did I do life before this?? Movement had become such an important part of my day. I’ll be honest to say if I don’t.. I get anxious very easily. I’ve noticed walks give me so much space to think better & feel inspired. Call me a little delusional but making your life simply better by adding something as simple as this- adds up in the long run for your mental health!???????? Ps. 7-8 k a day is already good! Don’t get stuck on 10k just because social hypes it, do what feels right for you!????

Yes I’m that girl now, baking my own bread every week????????????‍♀️ but honestly it’s MUCH more than just that…???????? I was going nuts of constantly being bloated and having all kinds of skin problems, always tired, inflamed every single day… Until I decided to test for myself what in the helly was going on with me by eliminating and eating certain foodies like bread, pizza, bagels etc. Anything wheat ???? Now… 2 years gluten free and SO much happier!! (& a flat/happy tummy????????????) I’m finally less tired, less inflamed, less everything tbh. So yes, baking my own bread is part of my life now. I’m always up and running to make my life better- so that one hour a week of baking is more than welcome. Recipe> just get yourself a schär baking mix. Easier than that does not exist???????????? > Little detail… I get to use my moms and mines mixer every week???? sounds crazy, but we always wanted one back in the day but it was too expensive. We always baked together- so happy I get to set our traditions further, even when she’s not here anymore????????️
