Rokurinsha tsukemen! Yayyyy. ??? The tonkotsu broth was extremely creamy while the noodles were chewy and thick - perfect for broth to latch onto. The broth was made with pork bones, chicken bones, dried baby sardines, dried smoked mackerel flakes and dried smoked bonito flakes along with vegetables then topped with fatty braised pork, fish cake, fermented bamboo shoots, seaweed and dry fish powder. Wow, right? ?☺ Once you finish your noodles, ask about adding fish broth to your remaining bowl so you can drink the rest of it.

AYCE A5 wagyu beef teppanyaki in Japan! ☺? After watching Strictly Dumpling's (@HaveADumpling) YouTube video, we knew we needed this. The meal began with a few starters including a A5 wagyu patty mushroom salad, cold potage of garlic/almonds and teppan-steamed shabu. After that, we were served several different selections of bottomless wagyu. The meal ended with garlic fried rice, A5 beef soup and lemon sorbet with a cup of matcha. Meat sweats definitely occurred after this experience! ??
