A must make sweet treat for Valentine’s Day! Ingredients 1/2 cup PB2 Peanut Powder with Cocoa 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup almond flour 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed and divided Instructions -Combine PB2 Peanut Powder with Cocoa, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of freeze dried strawberries in a large bowl. - Roll them into 8 truffle balls -Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes -In a separate bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted. - Drop each truffle into the melted chocolate and coat. - Roll or top with the remaining freeze dried strawberries. -Put in the freezer for an additional 5 minutes to set. -They are ready to be served or store in the freezer and thaw for 5-10 min before serving. Christmas Protein Cookie Skillet✨ Made with PB2 cookie mix! This was my first time making this & it was fantastic! It’s high in protein, tastes like an actual cookie, & perfect if you’re trying to be a little more intentional with desserts this holiday season! They have a fantastic brownie mix as well! (Recipe below & check out @pb2foods for more of their nutritious & tasty products!) Recipe: Ingredients- 2/3 cup PB2 chocolate chip cookie mix 1 small egg 2 tbsp oil or butter Christmas sprinkles to liking Dark Chocolate chips to liking White chocolate chips to liking (Optional) ice cream for topping (Optional) chocolate sauce for topping Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small skillet (I used one with a 5in diameter), add the egg, oil, & cookie mix. Mic y til well combined & flatten the dough to the shape of the skillet. 3. Top with sprinkles, dark chocolate chips, & white chocolate chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness. 4.
