Few clips from my back and #hamstringworkout

Shoulders are generally tough for me because my lats and pecs are tight, and I struggled with a weak rotator cuff for a while. This movement feels really good, though, and I'm excited to try loading it up a bit. Setup uses an @elitefts viking press and bands on a @roguefitness T-bar row and incline bench. #deltsworkout #deltsfordays

More #coretraining. My goal here is not hypertrophy -- I just want to master control of the abdominals/obliques and proper breathing mechanics.

I'm finally hungry for offseason. #powerhungry Clips from back and hamstring day: -- wide grip stiff legs vs 4x monster minis -- assisted Nordics -- pulldowns @a.dawn.vicious showed me the Nordic variation, so go check out her page for an explanation. I did 37 reps in 12 minutes for this session, but I think I need to clean those up a lot. They're really difficult! #nordiccurls

Had a great time yesterday at the @pioneer_fit Open! Since I'd strained my quad a few weeks ago, I stayed very conservative on my squat and deadlift, but I'm happy with the speed on those. Still need to iron out my grip issues but I'm on the right track. A little disappointed in my bench but ultimately I just need to get stronger there (don't have any videos unfortunately). Two biggest takeaways: 1) I forgot just how technical powerlifting is. Putting up big numbers in the gym is NOTHING like putting them up on the platform. 2) I need more muscle to total 2300+! Looking forward to addressing both those issues in the offseason ? Thank you so much to @uspatexas for running a perfect meet as always ? And it was great to see everyone!
