I was never a big or overweight person ever in my life until after I had my first child, I decided to take the birth control #deposhot . That was a horrible decision my highest weight at 41 weeks pregnant was 140.9 lbs after being on the shot 1 year I had gotten to 199.8 lbs. I did everything to try to drop the weight working out, eating less & still no changes. That went on for 6 1/2 years I then finally decided to get off of the shot. I got off the shot & almost immediately the weight started to drop, I decided to start working out. The weight then just continued to come off. I was killing the cardio constantly and I was getting smaller I had gotten to 125 at my lowest but I just became a smaller version of my fat self (if some can relate). I battled with constant up & down weight fluctuations & not being consistent. I was never eating regularly, I was under eating, I was starving myself, eating unhealthy & never drinking enough water. Until I realized in order to achieve the body & results I want I’d have to become more open to changing what I did & put into my body. I started meal prepping, working out with weights (not just the cardio queen I had been) & I started to see my body change. I’m still grinding on this journey but I’m just here to let others know & see it can be done without surgery, depending on pills the rest of your life & starving yourself.
