Thankful to be a part of the bodybuilding community and grateful for the warm welcome by @carolinanpc this weekend as I judged the #npcpalmettoclassic by @k_dpromotions ??♥️ The show was ran so beautifully and the athletes were of great competition.

It was a blessing to begin my #npc judging experience in the PNW and so fortunate for my experiences with @craigproductions - I learned a tremendous amount over the course of these past few years & love & miss my bodybuilding family on the West Coast sooooo much.

The blessing of our community is that we are one network and I am eager and excited to continue growing as a judge and to contribute as much of my abilities to a sport I love so much.

New week - almost a new month.

My client and I were just taking some time to chat outside post training.

The main topics?

How much we love living in Myrtle Beach. How thankful we are for our lives. How grateful we are to have crossed paths.

It was a huge dose of gratitude to begin our week after a tough workout session.

And gosh, I feel an immense amount of gratitude for being able to coach her, be apart of her amazing transformation and to help other women heal, grow and evolve.
