What's one thing you love more than Cheeseburgers? I love sharing Cheeseburgers with my friends and family.

That's how I got into this whole food marketing thing. I found restaurants that I thought were doing awesome and I wanted to share it with the world.

One of those restaurants is @ajsburgers in New Rochelle, NY. Dining at AJ's is like going to your grandparents house for Sunday dinner over to see that one Uncle you have who is just an absolute wizard on the grill and always tells the best stories.

Owner Alan Cohen knows how to deliver an awesome experience and is an incredibly intelligent restaurant operator.

Where is your fave spot for cocktails? I'm more of a craft beer guy but in the last year I've gotten into a few select cocktails.

One bar in NYC that has absolutely blown me away with their cocktails is @fatsduvall_soho, a new Latin-Caribbean inspired café rhum cafe.

I don't really like sweet or fruity cocktails, which they have if that's your thing. I like sour and bitter cocktails which Fats Duvall has in spades. But its not just the taste of the drinks, its the presentation.

My two faves:

1. Roll Me a Cigar: coffee bean-infused diplomático mantuano rum, east india sherry, campari. It's kind of like a Negroni but with a Caribbean feel. Typically this would be served with a cigar but since they can't do that in NYC, they light up a cinnamon stick on it.

2.Breakfast in Bed: coffee-infused cynar amaro, high proof salvadoran rum, grand marnier, cane sugar, egg white, grated nutmeg. Its equally sour, bitter and sweet. There is so much going on in this drink that it makes each sip a unique exerperience.

And if you think that sounds cool, just walk in, grab a seat and tell the bar staff what is your fave liquor and they will custom create something that they think you'll love. Both @latinarumlover and Shane have nailed it every time I've tried.

And oh yeah... they also have a great chimichurri steak frites! @steakclub7 approved!
