Feb 2025 - eating in the kitchen of @circuspizza_panzers courtesy of @kitdelamain. The pizza is elite and the sun-dried tomatoes on top are just genius - the best veggie chicken katsu curry I have had, the rest of the meal was also incredible @weareima - finally made it over to @breadstall in Soho and can confirm the vodka slice is top top tier - 7 great games @playthecube - put on the stripey t-shirts and got to our local @pizzaexpress by 11am to cash in on a free pizza on national pizza day - yuzu mayo in noodles is a life hack that everyone should know, it just elevates the dish - the iconic silk handkerchiefs from @bancone.pasta - finally taking mrs broswhodine to @eastwestlondon and introducing her to the beauty that is the paneer makhani pizza. I also think I need a loyalty card from Eastwest I come here so often #broswhodine

Jan 2025 - breakfast of champions @cuppipasticceria - the paneer makhani pizza that is quickly becoming one of my favourites in London @eastwestlondon - Enzo Ferrati museum in Modena - book 1/24 and it had to be about a man so great in so many ways - finally appreciating the hype behind creamy gochujang pasta - Sigep 2025 - the iconic Ferrari gates in Maranello - making my favourite agile, olio e peperoncino using @eatkickfoods peperoncino - the best pasta dish I ate in Bologna, tortelloni with a tomato butter sauce @sfoglia.rina - 2 icons - a slice of Rome in Bologna with these incredible al taglio marinara @fornobrisa - going back to Silver Dollar after 20 years and wondering why it took me so long to go back #broswhodine

A month late, but here is the 2024 recap! Far too many moments to list them all, but 2024 was full of food and travel. I was lucky enough to eat in: London, Dubai, Warsaw, Vienna, Los Angeles, San Diego, Montreux, Mumbai and Gothenburg. I met some wonderful people and ate at some wonderful spots and again there is way too many list, but if I had to pick some special moments, they would be: - eating the chilli pizza cooked by the dough wizard that is @yourneighnourza - eating the insane baklava ice cream sandwich from @darlishicecream - going on the first pizza bus tour organised by the two guys who eat, sleep and repeat pizza @bitetwicefoodblog - having the life changing lemon tart @therivercafelondon - rediscovering my love for Neapolitan pizza courtesy of one of the best pizzas I ate all year @nonna.pizzeria.napoletana - eating insanely good Italian food in LA from @felixlosangeles @jonandvinnysdelivery - burning my mouth by eating top tier momos from @house_of_momos - eating crêpes lakeside @montreuxnoel - being blown away by the tasting menu @paradisesoho #broswhodine

An absolute feast @crockers_folly_maroush I have been going to Maroush for as many years as I can remember and so when I was invited down to the outpost in St Johns Wood I jumped at the opportunity. The interiors are stunning with plenty of marble everywhere and the venue is large enough to eat without bumping into your neighbours. As a vegetarian, the mezze is where it’s at when it comes to Lebanese food and we had the cold dips and some of the hot dishes too. The labneh was spot on, creamy and rich with a hint of mint. We didn’t order the pumpkin kebbeh but the lady serving us recommended it and I am glad she did. It was sweet with onion and crunchy from the pine nuts. The halloumi was the perfect level of chewy and the za’atar mannish was punchy with thyme and sumac. The garlic and chilli dips and the tahini make the perfect base for a little diy falafel wrap. The small baklava pieces are the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Small and crunchy, sweet sticky and nutty. What more could you want! #broswhodine #londonfoodie #lebaneselondon #stjohnswood
