كلنا بشر و كلنا عندنا عقد ، سواءا اشياء لا نحبها في نفسنا، ف جسمنا الخ.. اكبر عقدة كانت عندي هي الذقن المزدوج . بحكم وجودي على مواقع التواصل ، دائما كنشوف راسي في الكاميرا و الحاجة الوحيدة اللي كنشوف هي الذقن المزدوج. دائما كنسمع " صفا غلاضيتي بزاف " ، "خاسك ديري الريجيم " ، " ناري هاداك الغلغول ????". بعد المرات بعض التعليقات تقدر تكون جارحة و من اقرب الناس ليك ، اللي كيجرحوك ب شي حاجة اللي هما عارفين عاملا ليك عقدة. اوا ا سيادنا مشيت و عملت ابر لاذابة الدهون، و صراحة لاحظت فرق كبير من بعد تلاث حصص فقط. والمضحك كتلقا نفس الاشخاص كيقلك ، لا كنتي احسن بالدقن المزدوج ، كيف ما درتي واحلة. الحمد الله انا الان فرحانة بالنتيجة اللي حصلت عليها ، ولكن بالضروري نحافظ على نظام غذائي يكون متوازن ( صحي ) واخا صعيب ، انا انسانة وكالة ????. انت لستي وحيدة يا اختي كلنا عندنا عقد و ضعف. ابتسمي و تهلاي ف راسك انتي جميلة ❤️ اشنو اكبر عقدة عندكم ؟ We are all human beings, and we all have insecurities. My biggest insecurity was my double chin, Especially with my work as a youtuber / influencer, I am constantly in front of the camera .That’s all I used to see. I remember a lot of people used to say, “ oh you ve gained a lot of weight “ , “omg look at your chin” ,“ you need to go on a diet” etc.. When someone points fingers at certain insecurities we already have, it can hurt. So I decided to get my fat dissolving injections ????????♀️ I had three sessions so far, I can see a big difference already. When I got this done and got rid of the chin, the same people said I was better before lol in this world we can’t please everyone ???? I feel so much more comfortable in my skin. I should still maintain a healthy life style, cut on carbs ( which is hard ) because I’m a big foodie, all my weight gain goes towards my chin . However we all have insecurities, but you have to know you are beautiful, perfectly Imperfect. Good morning ❄️ How was your first snow experience ? Quick story of mine… The first time I ve seen snow was in 2019!!! It was the best experience ever, I literally cried of joy ???????? I’ve been to many countries in the past, visited certain countries during the winter season just to experience the snow…but sadly it never happened.
