As a tribute to my dad, I decided to use his 80’s Gretsch kit on the recording session. @kellyalesi621 and I meticulously took all of the drums apart and cleaned and polished the hardware. I had the shells and edges touched up by @saltdrums . We reassembled them with new heads from @aquariandrumheads and put a new Gretsch decal on the front bass drum head.
