Within a year of my hysterectomy at 31, for severe adenomyosis, I was diagnosed with multiple diseases. Given a year to live at 53. Then I started BHRT and peptides. Many peptides, had to spend 5 years healing severe degeneration to my bones, metabolic dysfunction and very dangerous inflammatory markers. Now I’m disease free. 8 years off opiates and prednisone. 3.5 years off all biologics.

What Actually Happens During a Deload Week? - You still exercise, but you use lighter weights, do fewer sets or reps, or both. - Some people might take a full week off from tough workouts and just do fun, easy activities like walking or stretching. - The goal isn’t to be lazy—it’s to give your hard-working muscles and joints a little break so they don’t get too tired or hurt. Why Is a Deload Week Important? - Working out super hard all the time can make you tired, sore, or even cause injuries if you never take breaks. - A deload lets your body “catch up,” repair tiny muscle damage, and makes you stronger in the long run. - It can also help you feel more excited and energetic when you go back to your regular workouts because you’re well-rested and less bored or burnt out. How Often Should You Deload? - Most people use a deload week every 4 to 8 weeks, or whenever they feel extra tired from working out a lot. - Athletes and coaches agree that you don’t lose your progress—your muscles, bones, and mind come back even better after a rest. So, a deload week is like a mini vacation for your body, where you still move but take it easy, which actually helps you get stronger and healthier in the long run.

Start with your testosterone levels, then check your T3 and T4 levels. Move onto your estradiol levels. Watch what happens! It’s remarkable and yes clinical trials and studies easy to find with a casual search. You CAN NOT have a healthy immune response without sufficient testosterone.

What I have learned by upping my dose of creatine after taking 5 grams a day for a year. First thing is this… There’s a lot of creatine out there. I cannot take and never will take most of them. Side effects I get from 95% of all creatine includes - severe bloating, diarrhea, dizziness and just plain feeling awful. THEN I started taking @kion creatine. I was able to take 5 g a day without any side effects for a year. Then I bumped it up to 10 g and felt like somebody gave me an anti-aging pill to my brain. I could think more clearly, sleeping better, absolutely no bloat, no side effects, and sharp as a tack and strong as hell in the gym. Then I bumped it up to 15 g. OMG. This was a more profound change. I did start to get a wee bit bloated, but it would resolve if I went back to 10 g the next day. So while I haven’t maintained 15 g. I will definitely use it if I have a really bad sleep deprived night or I’m exceptionally sore from some hard workouts. 10 g seems to be my sweet spot. 15 grams boasted my brain even more! The biggest thing I’ll say is not every creatine is made alike. You won’t catch me taking creatine gummies, creatine that’s mixed with other substances. I want nothing more than pure creatine. If you’d like to try Kion creatine use code SANDI at checkout for a nice discount!

What does adequate testosterone do for menopausal women? • Strong muscles • Strong bones • Feeling happy, not sad • Thinking clearly • Having energy • Sleeping well • Wanting sex and enjoying it • Healthy skin and hair • Less soreness in body • Good motivation Testosterone is much more than a “guy thing”—it’s like a helper that keeps women’s bodies working well, especially during and after menopause when a woman’s own levels drop.
