Saturday story-time ?

When I was younger my biggest dream was to become a fashion editor in a magazine. I wanted to work in a creative environment where I can combine my two passions - writing and styling.

Little did I know, a few fashion internships down the line, countless disappointing jobs and tears, my dream would come true. I’d be able to do what I love for a living.

The Universe has a funny way of giving us what we want. True, I didn’t end up working for a magazine, but it turned out even better. Working for myself. Being my own boss. Having my own creative outlet (my blog and this page). ? I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

I think it’s all about believing that you deserve it (whatever it is you wish for - career, relationship, material wealth, happiness, health) and having faith in your heart that the Universe (God) will serve it.

Some things take more time than others. It’s almost never easy or straight forward. But if you don’t give up, if you’re consistent and you work hard, keeping your focus on your final goal, you’ll eventually get there. I truly believe in this.
