A few years back in San Francisco. I met some amazingly talented artists from all around the world, learned loads and made new friends, properly worked with sugar paste for the first time ever, fell in love with the city’s endless hills & food scene and got lost at least a million times.

Aquafaba!! Every time I work with it, it makes me giggle. Who was the person who thought of whipping it, using it as a binder&riser in baking etc. ?!?!??? SO COOL! This dessert has only two ingredients; chocolate&aquafaba. And yes, I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to baking ???‍♀️
