This was my first and last time going to @bigdogsdeli Considering the huge sandwich boom going on at the moment I was quite confused as to why they were closing???? I’ll leave my opinions on that to myself???? Sandwich was super thick but I was throughly surprised that it didn’t wow me????

Another stop while in SA was @remys_nfa somewhere I’d been following for quite some time! Well before any deep dish pizza place opened in Melbourne. They offer two sizes, one small one like this and a “normal” sized deep dish for 4-6 people. Was super super cheesy and would 100% go back next time???????? Swipe to see the existential dread kick in????

Last stop while in SA was @beefcakesandshakes finally a burger place! I was very sceptical about burger places in SA as last time I was out a few years back the burgers weren’t great???? This time however I found a winner! These burgers were fantastic! Only thing I could mention was that the beef pattys could use a bit more fat as they were slightly dry and lacked a lot of flavour. There’s no photos???? but the fries and shakes were amazing!!

Another sandwich place I’ve been wanting to go to since it opened was @applehead_deli The venue itself is small but my god are the sandwiches good! Not gonna lie that meatball sub was absolutely incredible but I ate it before even taking a picture (amateur????)

Weekend away in SA meant I got to try some food that I’ve always been wanting to try! First up was @pincodeli with these crazy ass sandwiches. This fresh boy and it’s Mortadella???????????????? The toasted Pastrami was definitely decent and worth a try too!

It really seems moving to Richmond was a good choice with all the Sandwich places in it???? This one is @blackgoldest2016 which has always been on lists for some of the best sandwiches in Melbourne however I didn’t see the hype in the Reuben has there is definitely much better out there. The Chicken was definitely the star of the show!

What a beauty from @warkop_melbourne They’ve managed to do what very few have in the sandwich game and managed to make the bread crunchy without cutting your mouth open???? I know this sounds simple and humorous but it’s something I’ve only ever gotten from @warkop_melbourne Don’t worry about how small the menu is because what they do they do it bloody well!
