In compliance with the impending state mandated shutdown, we will be temporarily closing our doors this Monday.

Our hearts go out to everyone that has been affected by this virus. To our healthcare heroes, to essential workers, to the many now struggling to make ends meet, and to the businesses that are trying their best to endure the continuous opening and closing of their doors, we see you. This has not been easy.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you over the last month as it’s never felt more important to nurture ourselves and each other as it does today. Thank you for following our guidelines and upholding our stringent safety standards, we’re very proud of how safely we were able to conduct sessions and cannot credit our community and incredible team enough for that. Shape House is run by a very small team and we do in fact do a small happy dance every time you frequent our space.

As a reminder, our beds are soaked in our hospital grade cleanser and alternated every hour. Our team is masked, gloved, and face-shielded while in tucking proximity. Our occupancy is at 20% and we send pre-sweat symptom screening texts in advance of your session, in addition to taking your temperature upon arrival. Our team is on a regular sanitation routine and every item you touch is sanitized in advance.
