Why?

I spend a lot of time in my own head and often catch myself in a mental feedback loop.

Thinking about the same thing over and over again and all the infinite outcomes of every situation. Like a movie on repeat with alternate endings.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It helps a lot with mitigating risk and choosing the best possible path to take.
-
Although since there are infinite possibilities in this life. These thoughts can be never ending and I need to consciously choose to end them and become present again.
-
If I don’t, they can quickly become a thief of time.
-
Time that could be spent on something else. Something exciting. Something productive.
-
I see time as a resource.
-
The most valuable and most finite resource there is.
-
Be conscious of what consumes your time.
