Wrap a Muslin cloth over a strainer. 2. Add all the ingredients into the strainer. 3. Add the water to a small katori and place the strainer over it. 4. Add 3 cups water in a kadhai and place the katori in it. 5. Cover the kadhai with a plate and boil for 7-8 minutes. 6. Remove the strainer and you’ll have the chai mixture. 7. Add milk in a saucepan and add the chai decoction into it. Boil for 5-6 minutes. 8. Diwali treats without the guilt ✨ These refined sugar-free prune rolls are naturally sweet, nutty, and packed with goodness from @chileprunes.india???? Perfect for festive indulgence, one bite and you’ll make them on repeat ❤️ PRUNE ROLLS Ingredients ½ cup prunes ¾ cup mixed nuts of choice 3-4 tbsp poppy seeds Instructions 1. In a processor jar, add the prunes and nuts of your choice.Blend them until the prunes and nuts are well combined and form a sticky mixture. 2. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. 3. Shape the mixture into a cylindrical log and coat the entire surface with poppy seeds. 4. Place the prune roll on a plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for it to firm up. 5. Super easy to put together, this recipe is the perfect show stopper dessert you need to try today ❤️ GULAB JAMUN RUSK PUDDING Ingredients 2 + ½ cups milk 4 tbsp condensed milk 5-6 saffron strands ¼ tsp cardamom powder 3 tbsp cornflour + ½ cup milk 10-12 rusk ¾ cup milk, for soaking Mini gulab jamuns For the garnish Silver leaf Saffron strands Pistachios Instructions 1. Take milk in a pan and heat on medium heat. 2. Add milkmaid, saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix continuously. 3. Add the cornflour slurry and keep stirring till the mixture comes to a boil and becomes thick. 4 In a glass dish, lay a layer of rusk at the bottom and soak it with half of the milk. 5. Pour half of the pudding mixture and repeat the process of rusk and pudding layer. 6. Place mini Gulab jamuns on top of the pudding layer in an even manner. Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs. 7. Garnish with silver leaf, some saffron strands and pistachio slivers before serving.
