Hatha Yoga has been around for thousands and thousands of years. Some people believe the tradition to be 5,000 years old while others think it dates back as many as 10,000 years ago. This great disparity in time is due to the fact that when yoga was first being practiced, there was no written word and it was taught teacher to student by spoken word. 
Most creative variations of postures branch from a Hatha Yoga posture. At times we can get carried away and forget or do not know the postures history and therefore it’s purpose. 

Each day select a pose and share a creative or classic version of it.
