Strict partials! Give em a go next Bicep session. After failing your last set of whatever reps you’re going for, tighten the form back up and go for as many partial reps as possible. Keep it strict! You can do these partials all day if you’re swinging your body and arms to complete the reps. Keep it strict so all tension goes to the spot we’re hitting ????????

The Accidental Leg Day ???? It doesn’t happen very often, but I actually forgot what I was supposed to train yesterday! Got in there thinkin it was leg day.. but it was ARMS ???? @gbaiks even tried to help me out, and I thought he was losin it lol. He just kept spotting me like ‘whatever you say man!’ ???? Figured may as well share the workout as long as I did it!!

One of my favorite quad focus movements. Knees forward touching the pad throughout. Once I get high enough in the range of motion that I feel like my hips need to travel forward to continue, I go right back down. No rest at the top till done.
