So your votes from the other day results in the first video this week —> GLUTES. I wanted to try some new exercises that I don’t use to do cause I don’t have the right machine on the gym. So I found out this solution replaceable to a stair machine. And it literally worked so well! My glutes hurt so bad today (was doing this yesterday). . ⚠️ First one can be a little bit tricky to place your foot in cause it’s really high up, but if you have a workout partner, place your foot in the handle first then he/she can help you to put up the cable higher. I’m just lucky that I’m flexible enough to put my feet on that height directly, otherwise it would have been hard to show you. And to make it clear for you it’s the first movement, from up to straight down that is comparable to a stair machine, the kickback are a bonus. . ⚠️ Exercises 2 and 3 can be a little bit tricky as well for a long person. What you can do is to try to lean your body forwards or not just go the full way up. It’s going to hurt your bum even more doing it like that way. . ⚠️ Fourth exercise have you seen before but it’s a so good way to finish your glutes workout with so I filmed it anyway.
