One thing I’ve learned is that Heart attacks don’t always come suddenly like you see on TV. A lot of symptoms are ignored because we don’t connect them with Heart attacks, but paying attention to these signs could save your life: 1. Tightness in the Chest, specifically in the middle. We sometimes associate chest pain on the left side of your chest with Heart Attack, but that’s usually due to Muscle pain. Heart attacks usuallly are a radiating pain from the middle of your chest outward. Tightness follows, almost like someone is sitting on your chest. Call 911 immediately if you feel this. 2. Shortness of breath. This is a very important one. This is usually felt once you are going into Cardiac Arrest. This can be felt after activity or just sitting down. If you feel this for more than a few minutes, you should seek help. 3. Cold Sweats. This can happen even if you are resting. This was one to the Signs I caught when having my 2nd Heart attack that caused me to go to the ER. 4. Indigestion like Symptoms- Heartburn, Gas like pressure. I thought I was having the worst heartburn of my life and took an OTC pill, only to have the condition worsen, I would have never thought that was what a Heart attack felt like. This is a major one to look out for. 5. Lightheadedness or dizziness- This would be associated with shortness of breath. If you feel both of these you should call 911. 6. Feeling fatigued or tired for no reason. That is a sign something is wrong with your body and you need to get checked. Should you feel any or all of these symptoms don’t wait, call 911 Immediately, take Aspirin (325 mg) if you have it. Stay calm as possible, rest, and wait for 911 to come assist. So Tommorow is the Big Surgery Day and I’m not excited. I’m so frustrated, I’m Mad, I’m Sad, but I’m moving forward with this anyway. Having to take off work again after being off the Entire Summer was definitely not want I had planned after forking out 9K on a Vest for the last 3 months. I’m going thru all of this alone, yes I have support but this is a a Lonely journey, so I share these videos for anyone who is going thru something and feels like No One understands the daily mental struggle. None of this was on my Bingo Card for 2025 but here we are. That’s Life. But I’m Tired AF yall. Hoping this is the last hurdle before I can get back to some Normalcy.
