FULL TIME CEO // kicking up my heels because today I PROMOTED MY DAMN SELF to a full time entrepreneur and said goodbye to my 9-5 job (pictured here with my desk all packed up). 

@taylormadetasty Inc. is just getting started… I’ve learned so much, still so much to learn. This has never been easy, but it’s always been worth it. For the last year and half… I have built a business I am so proud of impacting women through 1:1 coaching, group coaching and my monthly membership. Empowering women to see their resilience, to create a dream life and to build sustainable habits and goals for any season life throws at you. 

It’s a weird feeling when you “can’t believe you’re here,” but also I CAN BELIEVE IT. Because of the hours and hours of learning about all the un-sexy business stuff, the hours working late nights and weekends and the INCREDIBLE CLIENT MINDSET TRANSFORMATIONS.

SMILING // because I’m crazy or because I’m happy? Your guess is as good as mine. ? 

I have been on my stories keeping you all in the loop, but I feel like I have been so absent from feed posts (food/wellness), from keeping you informed with TMT Inc. business stuff and all the goals. And that’s okay. 

My current situation is crazy. Moving out of state is wild and a bigger undertaking than I thought. Life is filled with making lists and checking them over and over to make sure we haven’t missed anything. We’ve basically become task rabbits. Packing, purging, donating, selling, sleeping… REPEAT. 

And because of all that… my life went from crushing personal, wellness and business goals to crushing MOVING goals. Again, that’s okay. 

“This is a season. This is situational. It won’t always be like this.” My mantra these past few months. 

I could beat myself up for not tracking everyday. Not weighing in every week. Not getting enough sleep. Overworking between 9-5, my business and moving work. Staying disciplined to closing my damn Apple Watch rings. 

The truth is… I’m smiling because the greatest mindset tool I’ve mastered is GRACE. Some GDG. God damn grace. I deserve it. I earn it. I accept it. I use it. You can only crush so many goals at a time. Some seasons you can be beautifully selfish in your goals and other seasons your energy needs to be placed on other people or tasks. Again, that’s okay. 

Team Quit Quitting is that even when you reluctantly have to push “pause” on some goals— you actively choose to never hit the “stop” button. And the power lies in knowing you can push “play” again at any time.

SWIPE RIGHT ➡️ // for the stats I’ve been tracking. Always working on my relationship with the scale (because I’m human ?). But, the past few months, I have been focusing on inching my way higher on the scale towards my muscle growth by incorporating way more weights and strength training into my routine (thank you #ufcgymorange) AND tracking my protein everyday. It’s not easy to hit your protein goal, but what keeps working for me is a routine 90% of the time. Same breakfast, same lunches and same protein-filled snacks. It’s crazy what a difference you can feel with hunger when you are not hitting your protein goal. MUY IMPORTANTE PEOPLE!!! That’s all. Have a great weekend, love youuuuu... BYE!!
