Whole bowl of healthy but top it with sourdough lemon croutons from yesterday’s bake ??⁣ ⁣ I’ve been obsessed with homemade croutons for ages but the extra hit of lemon in these takes it to a whole other level. Toss shaggy, hand-torn bits of bread in olive oil with garlic salt, lemon pepper and chili flakes. Squeeze half a lemon on top, then throw into a skillet with plenty of butter. Toast until browned and starting to go crispy. Bit more lemon juice at the last min and you are ready to add all the addictive the cals back to your attempt at being healthy. ??‍♀️ Worth it tbh

Cozy, brothy, bean and ham in a bowl kind of snow day ?☃️ ⁣ ⁣ Started this as French Onion soup, then remembered the ham bone I had in the freezer from Thanksgiving and it’s snowing so ??‍♀️. Then I watched @lallimusic make Pasta e Fagioli so in went the beans and kale and here we are. Comforting, hearty and perfect while watching the flakes come down ?
