Living in California was a dream. A literal dream I’ve had since i was a kid. I moved out here 4 years ago with whatever could fit in my little Toyota Corolla and never did i think I’d leave…(i also never thought I’d live with my sister again but here we are and the last year has been an absolute blessing)!

But then i had another dream…To have more space. To own a home. To have a place that was more permanent. A place to decorate and make MINE. To create more growth, personally and professionally. And that all led me to my new home in Arizona!

Change can be hard. It can be scary. But it also never has to be permanent (which brings me lots of comfort lol). Every time i move i learn, i grow, i accelerate towards whatever it is I’m working on. That uncomfy feeling means GREAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN…

2️⃣ FOUR ROUNDS:
▪️heavy 5-6 ohp
▪️rest 1 min
▪️moderate 10-12 ohp
