We've had a lot of e-mails today asking if we are still printing, in short, our printers are still printing, we are smiling and we'll let you know if anything changes.

Printing is fun, the phone banter has been great, but we miss your faces and the in-person chats we usually have about your prints, life and everything in between (it's only been two days). So we're going to post more regularly and share the beautiful works that everyone is making.

We love an open studio, but in these times, we need to think how printing and editing workflows are adaptive. ?

We are fully operational, our printers are printing and our faces are smiling but we are running our business behind a closed door from today. ?

Files can continue to be supplied online, but we are stopping all in store file drop offs, consultations and print viewings until further notice. ?

Collection with a social distance (call for info) or via delivery (which we highly recommend). For the time being there will be no charge for packaging. This applies to all collected and delivered orders.
We want to continue do our part to keep you safe while also maintaining the highest quality of work. ?

The year is almost over, and our Summer Holiday is approaching ?

This year we will close on ‪12:00 pm Wednesday the 23rd of December 2020 & reopen at 9:30 am Wednesday the 27th of January 2020. ‬

To help with your planning, we’ve outlined our availability in December and January.

For us to complete your jobs before our summer holiday, they need to be ordered online by COB on the dates below ???

? Collection: Thursday 17th of Dec 2020*
* Prints will be ready to collect on Wednesday the 23rd from 9:30 am pm until 12:00 pm.

? Shipped within Aust major cities: Monday 14th of Dec 2020 **
? Shipped within Aust regional: Thursday the 10th of Dec 2020 **
? Shipped internationally via DHL: Thursday the 10th of Dec 2020 **
** Sent express, with estimated delivery before/on the 24th of Dec 2020.

If you miss these dates, please contact us via phone, ‪+613 9489 5615‬, to see how we can help. We'll always do our best to make sure you get your prints before our Summer Holiday.

Our current turnaround is 4-5 working days, and we will work extra hard to wrap things up before our vacation.

Thirds, Tim, Lina, Lauren and I, have been privileged to print for you this year. Thank you for allowing us to bring your new and old works, exhibitions, print stores, projects, etc. to life and trusting us to do it in a new and unusual way. Your support has been truly incredible and we couldn’t have pulled off this year without you.

?! We are still printing (from behind closed doors) but there are some important changes to the face of our operations.  
Under the Stage 4 restrictions, our printing business can continue to operate behind closed doors with the implementation of a COVID Safe Plan. We are pleased that we can be here for you throughout Stage 4 restrictions.  
While we will continue to operate, the physical health & mental health of our staff is our number one priority. With this in mind, we believe that it is best for the community & us to slightly reduce our hours of operation. During Stage 4 restrictions Thirds will be open ‪Tuesday-Friday‬ ‪from 9:30am until 5:30pm‬. We will be closed on Mondays. We hope you understand and support this decision and we will keep you updated of any changes to our hours moving forward. 
As always, we want to be safe and careful during this challenging period & continue to do our part to keep our community safe while maintaining the highest quality of work we can. 
For now, to limit the movement of people, your prints will be sent to you via delivery (Express Post, DHL or courier). If delivery isn't viable, please call. If you have any questions or you'd like to have a chat about our COVID Safe Plan, your prints, or to say hello, feel free to give us a call us on 9489 6615.

Our thoughts are with all the small businesses, artists, performers, sole traders & many more people that have had to close operations or lost work. If you can, please support them during and after Stage 4 restrictions. Show your support with online orders, send your love and 5-star reviews online, give them shoutouts on social media & tell your friends about the work they do. It is a privilege to be able to operate when many businesses connected to us have shut & we hope our service can help you in some way.
