Okay, so I just went to my friend’s restaurant opening called @mirotapas in Tacoma Washington and you have to see this. It’s a tapas-style spot where the food literally comes to you. The servers walk by with tapas and you just pick what you want, and some were prepared tableside, which makes it feel like dinner and a show.
