I was scrolling through pictures on my camera roll and came across this shot I took four years ago in a busy market in Siam Reap, Cambodia. The sad thing is that I lost almost 90% of my pictures taken during the trip as the file was corrupted and this is one of the fair few that I managed to salvage. [Invite] Can't say no to a meal with a view, especially when it is one that involves delicious Mexican flavours - tacos, gaucamole, ceviche and fajita to go with margaritas, all to be enjoyed in the chilled out vibes @maderalondon with a sweeping view of London rooftop! The hotel, steep in history, used to be a monastery and also home to one of the oldest printing presses in England. A lot of the details are still kept and preserved until today such as the stone cloister and the stained-glass windows. It was also a pleasure to dine at the newly refurbished restaurant, The Refectory, which used to be the nun's dining room but today serves modern British cuisine and offers me a chance to take in the details and have a glimpse of what life used to be like in this monastery. #HandPickedMoments
