Bit of a different type of post form me today ???? I often get asked if I had fillers done - especially for my lippies - but here’s my secret! Link Lips with @m.rituals_and_aesthetics especially this time of the year brings out the full hydration of my lips and their natural size! I also am prone to biting my lips sometimes especially when they get a little dryer and using link lips completely stops that as they’re hydrated from the inside and never get that dry top layer on. “I don’t want to skip training even though I’m ill af bc I’m worried I’ll lose all my gains” “I can’t not go to the gym even though I slept like sh*t for several days bc above ☝️ “ “Couldn’t go to the gym for 2 weeks bc of half term, have I lost all my muscle?!?” If you’re asking yourself these questions or worried about losing muscle mass during a holiday, or feel anxious when you have to stay at home due to illness - THIS POST IS FOR YOU! I used to overtrain and not let myself rest bc I didn’t realise how much rest and recovery is important - BOTH for body AND mind! Sometimes your body needs to rest because it needs to catchup with the changes made in the gym and simply repair the tissue. more half term Halloween fun ???? ???? ????️ you know what I’ve heard people complain a lot about half term, and it IS hard and expensive and all that and it DOES mess with our routine as mums BUT But these two weeks so far have been some of my best spent with my mini monkey ????- making memories and spending time together wether that was on the sofa cuddling or out doing fun stuff like these at @holkhamestate you see what you want to see and you focus on what you want to Personally I’m grateful ????
