Meet my client @kayleigh.sam86 who’s just rocked our most recent @femme_coaching_ #wintershoot with @mak_freeman and safe to say she’s crushed it ???? With Kayleigh we actually had to pull back cardio and push food, structure hwr weight sessions a bit better to try and build muscle for the toned look she was after. She was surprised how much food she can put away and how the amount of running she was doing she actually did more so out of worrying about her shape than out of love for it. Safe to say she now isn’t afraid to eat the kcals she needs and has gained much confidence in what she needs in order to continue on the journey of building the body of her dreams ???? Weekends lately been spent at trying out different private pools around Norfolk through @norwichswimmingpool - practicing diving, swimming and snorkelling with Noah ???? Best friends, family or just us, it’s our current favourite chill time getting the kiddos to do something active in the nice warm water. This was a visit to Cossy but they have another 5 pools - check out their page! Each pool has their own unique setup and can take up to 8 swimmers, all at a cosy 37 degrees so you’re never cold, perfect for littlings!
