Remember you have the ability to become one with the present moment by reconnecting with your breath again and again. 

When consciously taking a deep and gentle breath, you are becoming aware of whatever is raising in the mind, in the body and in your heart at any giving moment. It helps to draw your attention to that exact moment, and then you can become more present with the present moment, leaving no room for absence awareness.

Take a few conscious mindful breath whenever you start to notice tension in your body, shortness of your breath, and/or fast racing speed of your thoughts. 

? Conscious breath is how you learn to auto regulate your nervous system, and it helps you to find balance ⚖️ between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
