I already made a post on here when I hit 1 million subscribers but I never did show and tell of my gold plaque ????♀️✨ To some it’s just subscribers. But to me it’s a community of people longing for comfort in their bodies and everyday life. Movement is so important and I’m grateful I can offer it for free so that everyone can enjoy the benefits and the support when they need most. I receive 100’s of sweet messages every month expressing how my classes have made an impact in people’s lives but I want to express that because of you, this community, you have given me purpose and brought joy into my life. Spending today cleaning up the squirrel pile I made while packing for vacay last week. Cleansing my space for ritual/spell work and getting some work done ???? Most importantly cleansing myself and doing a cleansing bath which is well overdue to get back to feeling grounded. Feeling very whole, grateful and happy to be home while also knowing I have so many new amazing friends I can go visit around the world when schedule permits. I promised new videos and I’ve been a bit tardy and out of sorts the past 2 days but I’m back on it and excited to flow, move and breathe with you! Let’s continue doing our best, and remembering that our best is GOOD ENOUGH. Fill your cup in the way that you need. @headbangersboat Part 1 ???????? Last year, I wanted to go on the @lambofgod Headbangers Boat but didn’t. After the emotionally draining year I’ve had, I decided to gift myself something truly healing, the experience of sound healing at sea. Music and live shows have been a huge part of mending my soul this year, and this trip was the perfect way to celebrate that. It’s been an unforgettable week filled with live music, perfect weather, and new lifelong friendships. As an introvert, I’ll admit it was emotionally and mentally exhausting at times, but absolutely worth every moment. We had an incredible lineup and even sailed on Halloween! I spent Samhain creating new memories with amazing new friends, we visited Cozumel on Día de los Muertos, eating vegan tacos while Lacrimae played a set with the sea and palm trees in the background. This vacation truly healed me so much. Do all the things your soul craves. Keep rising, like a phoenix. ????????

So many people don’t begin yoga because they think they need to be flexible or that yoga is too difficult. The secret is not such a secret, yoga shouldn’t feel daunting nor should it hurt you or make you feel less than. I make no frills yoga classes to help jump start your journey to your best self. Feeling your best is my number 1 priority. As a teacher, I teach what I know and what has helped me in my own personal traumas and life experiences. I’m not here to impress or showcase flexibility skills. I’m here to move just like you. Together we share a moment to exist. And be. To fill our cups in the way that we need.
