In 1998 my first (purchased) rap album was Jay Z’s - Hard Knock Life Vol.2. Literally every morning I would stare out the window of the school bus and listen to it until it was worn out. Who knew 22yrs later I would have an amazingly talented artist @CarterWinter signed to his label. There’s something to be said about manifesting your own destiny. No glass is EVER too tall to fill, keep pushing and remember boundaries are meant to be broken! • Ps. The new album is almost done and it’s nothing short of amazing! ⚡️

I’m excited to announce my first full property flip is finally listed & complete! Thank you so much to everyone that has taken interest in the process! NOW for some truth. ???? • The wealth of knowledge I have gained throughout this experience is bar none one of the best and most rewarding ventures i have been a part of to date. ???????? • Far from easy! Needless to say this isn’t as easy as building a lego set on the floor when you’re 5yrs old... mess up, just knock it down and rebuild. With a flip you’re dealing with real people, real problems, real deadlines, and REAL CASH! ???????? • Transparency! I learned that all that shimmers is not gold...especially when dealing with contractors. Some are amazing, some simply fall short! In this project we started with one contracting company and ended on a high note with another! At the end of the day the job is done!
