These four individuals who experienced isolation, were overlooked and carried pain but none of them gave up hope. They persisted in faith. The hemorrhaging woman reached out through the crowd… Zacheus climbed a tree… Bartimeaus refused to be silenced … The woman at the well opened her heart out to an unexpected conversation... It was their persistence in faith that made them encounter Jesus. Not with judgment but with a love that healed. They encountered Him Not just as a healer but as a saviour Their stories teach us that no one is too far broken, too small or hidden to be seen by Christ. Neither their past, nor reputation or the voices that try to silence them can keep Jesus from reaching anyone. Don’t be afraid to reach out but be courageous and cry out. If only we take that step forward even with a small spark of faith He will not only meet us where we are today but He will transform us and make us witnesses for others.

My heart is full seeing these humble, passionate, intelligent and hard working group of young adults serving their church! I am so blessed to work alongside each and every one of them. I am honoured to witness their love for Christ but also sense the fire in their hearts to grow spiritually and want to be closer to Him and be of service to others. We, the @st.joseph_group of the Good Shepherd Chaldean Cathedral (@chaldeancathedral) had the honour of meeting and serving His Eminince Francis Cardinal Leo last night on the Feast of the Assumption of our blessed Lady. These beautiful young adults allowed the pureness and beauty of their soul to shine through their smiles and good works! May God bless everyone and protect them always and may they continue to have the courage to grow their love for Christ and continue to extend their helping hand in being of service to others????????????

Today, July 15th, we honor the feast of St. Quryaqous and his mother, St. Juliette — the beloved patron saints of the village, Komany. ????✨ St. Quryaqous, though only 3 years old, was martyred for his unwavering faith. His mother, St. Juliette, watched his sacrifice and proclaimed, “I am a Christian,” giving thanks that her son died faithful and would not be raised apart from Christ. May their courage, faith, and love inspire us always. St. Quryaqous and St. Juliette, pray for us.

The memories created over the past 3 days will truly last a lifetime! To everyone who contributed to making the St. Joseph’s event (@st.joseph_group ) such a success—God bless you. A special thank you to Father Simon @father_simon , whose presence was a true blessing????????. He walked among us with such humility and love, taking the time to speak with every single person, giving his full attention and care.???? Though his stay was brief, the impact he left behind is lasting????????. It is bittersweet to see him go, but we send him forth with our prayers. May God continue to bless him abundantly in his ministry.
