For years I’ve gone to @manos.de.mona - and calling her a “massage therapist” will never do her justice. Before surgery , she kept my body aligned. And focused on what I needed. Somedays I just needed a massage to relax , others I needed lymphatic drainage and others I was in pain from lifting and the wear and tear my business has caused my body. Every session starts with?! What are we working on! Post surgery Mona has really focused on my shoulder. My pain and now my frozen shoulder. After every appointment not only do I just HUG her bc I’m so grateful but the session doesn’t end there. Before I’m even in the car she sends additional videos on stretches.
