It's about never giving up, it's about passion and pride, it's about challenging myself to do more than I thought possible and it's about wanting something so badly hard that is so hard to achieve - that may seem impossibly hard and then achieving it, and knowing that it was earned. This thing, I can't shake it. It's who I am, it's the way I'm built, it's how I got to be where I am today - and I'm damn proud of it. And when my chance comes, I will be ready. REINTEGRATION Πριν από έναν χρόνο είχα πει πως δυστυχώς στην χώρα μας πρωταθλητισμός και εκπαίδευση δεν πάνε μαζί. Γι'αυτό και θα γινόταν μια μικρή παύση η οποία αν και παύση θα έχει αρκετά " σκαμπανεβάσματα ". Τελικά, σε αυτή τη παύση όντως συνάντησα αρκετές ανηφόρες, αρκετές κατηφόρες, πολλές στροφές, αλλά και πάλι ήρθε η ευθεία. Η ζωή από μόνη της άλλωστε είναι γεμάτη πολλές ανηφόρες, κατηφόρες, στροφές και ελάχιστες ευθείες. Έτσι και σήμερα, είναι η λήξη της παύσης που ανακοίνωσα πέρσι. Το μαγικό ταξίδι που λέγεται (πρώτα)-αθλητισμός εννοείται ότι ήταν πολύ πολύ πολύ νωρίς για να τελειώσει. Γι'αυτό και συνεχίζω εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας. Γλυκανάλατο συναίσθημα θα έλεγα να είσαι Έλληνας αθλητής. Σήμερα όμως είναι μέρα χαράς και θα μπορούσα να πω ότι ξεκινά να γράφεται ένα δεύτερο κεφάλαιο. Το οποίο και αυτό φυσικά θα έχει ανηφόρες, κατηφόρες, στροφές και ελάχιστες ευθείες. Σημασία έχει όμως, οτιδήποτε και αν παρουσιαστεί στη ζωή μας να μπορούμε να το διαχειριζόμαστε και να το ξεπερνάμε ακόμα και αν όλοι οι άλλοι δεν θα μπορούσαν να το κάνουν. Ή όταν πρόκειται για τον (πρωτα)-αθλητισμό, αυτός θα μπορούσε να είναι και ο υγιής ανταγωνισμός μεταξύ αθλητών. Εκεί που κάποιοι βλέπουν όρια, κάποιοι άλλοι να μπορούν να βρίσκουν τρόπους να συνεχίζουν. Εγώ τουλάχιστον έτσι έμαθα... At where others see limits, I see horizon.
