Departments

Define your departments once. They become a dropdown on the self-serve join form and keep the directory tidy. Leave empty to allow free-text departments.

Define a default prize structure once. Every new leaderboard pre-fills from it (you can still tweak per board). Set a reward for each position (top 1, 2, 3 ... up to 50).

We turn your team's reach and clicks into a dollar value on the Analytics page. Real follower counts are used where a channel exposes them (X). For the rest we use these benchmarks. Adjust them to match your market.

Gamification

Employees earn levels (Rookie to Champion) and badges as they share and drive clicks. These show on their personal advocacy page.

Email on new achievement Send a congratulations email when an employee earns a badge or reaches a new level. Off by default; never sent retroactively.
