But trust me, once you do it, automatically you loose all those people that were not meant to be.

All the sudden you will be left only with those that love you.

This year I’m learning to say no when necessary.
I am learning to trust my intuition, to be confident and assertive (with kindness).
This year I am putting myself first.

What’s your why?

What’s the reason why you keep going.
You keep pushing.
You keep trying, over and over, harder and harder each day.

Mine is simple:
For too long I forgot who I was.
I was too busy trying to be “the perfect woman” for somebody that simply couldn’t love.
Me or anybody else.

By doing so I shrunk into a shadow.
An empty and dark shell incapable of feeling anything else beside shame and guilt.

It took so much courage (and desperation) to get out of that darkness.

So that’s my why.
The innate desire to never once again, forget who I really am.
And to love ever single part of me while I m healing.
