Where the clouds meet the mountains, I found myself in Sapa, Vietnam… A place where every mist-covered peak is surrounded by ancient stories. ????⛰️✨????????☁️ Staying at the MGallery Collection, Hotel de la Coupole Sapa, felt like stepping inside a living museum. Inspired by 1920s Paris, the vibrant Vietnamese heritage and the culture of northern Vietnam, every corner told a story, patterns woven into the walls, colours drawn from the land, and views surrounded by a sea of cloud. As part of Heritage Days, we were invited to explore the magic of Sapa through unforgettable experiences. I learnt the delicate art of indigo dyeing, fabric and hands stained with the deep blues that generations have carried forward. We wandered through a local village, where we learnt the knowledge of native plants and traditions. Each moment felt like stepping into a timeless narrative where culture isn’t just preserved but passed on, alive in every gesture, every colour, every word. Our journey took us to the highest peak in Vietnam, Mount Fansipan, where clouds drifted beneath us and the air felt sacred. At the summit, I felt as though we were standing between earth and sky, wrapped in the spiritual energy of the mountains.
