I have the daily exercise bug & I really love it (never thought I would actually say that ?...

But over the past 12 months I have loved finding a routine & part of that has been exercise daily. Here's what has happened;
.
1.Felt more energetic - natural high & feel like can take on the world
2. Boosted my creativity- walks have been especially good for this with a podcast
3. Slept better - sold 7-8 hours & wake up early
4. Boosted my confidence - feel better in my clothes
5. Stronger bones & muscles which as I age I know will have benefits ?

I appreciate it's hard to find time, but I go to bed earlier, get up earlier & put exercise as a number 1 priority & it filters into every aspect of my life & business.
