I spent 2 days documenting Christmas with my friend Sandios Kudi family in almasih church
it was established 1913 by different missionaries from different denominations ,that makes the choice to make it a Sudanese church not related to any international denominations
the church was bulit first in Nuba mountains,most of the worshipers belong to the Kawlib and Morro tribes ,and some tribes from kadwgli .
after the war ,the church was rebulit whenever the Nuba settled ,thats means there is a church most of the Sudanese states .

Another year older, another step closer to 40—and honestly, I’m feeling pretty good about it. Like a classic cup of chai be labn ( Sudanese tea with milk ) : getting stronger, warmer, and a little more comforting with time.

Life’s been a journey of lessons, blessings, and “what just happened?” moments—but I’m growing, I’m grateful, and I’m still laughing (mostly at myself). Wisdom is creeping in, along with random back pain, but hey—we move!

Alhamdulillah for everything—past, present, and what’s to come. Praying for more peace, more love, more good chai, and a softer, kinder world for us all.
