Clarity has always been something important in my life. For me, clarity means being honest with myself, knowing what I want, and staying connected to my values. Clarity also means not distracting myself with things that pull me away from what truly matters. It means keeping my mind, my body, and my inner world as clean and grounded as I can (see below). And clarity means knowing that there are stormy phases and challenging moments. But behind every cloud, every disconnection, every difficulty, the clear sky is always there. Clarity and love are deeply connected. Without clarity, we get lost in assumptions and fears. With clarity, we can listen to our heart without all the overthinking. And when you hear your heart, you know exactly where to go. What helps me stay clear is a clean and healthy diet, taking care of my body with yoga meditation and pilates, reading my spiritual books, making notes, going to bed early, spending time in nature, talking to my close friends regularly, learning from my lessons (especially from motherhood), observing my thoughts and emotions, doing what I love (organizing yoga retreats ????) and giving my best every day. #soulwork #innerclarity #mindbodyconnection #dowhatyoulove

Over five transformative days, the Atma Bodha Retreat unfolds as an immersion through body, breath, and awareness - an exploration designed to reconnect you with your natural rhythm and inner wisdom. Each day offers a blend of movement, stillness, and reflection, inviting both release and renewal. We feel deeply grateful to call the breathtaking @sixsenseskaplankaya our home for this retreat, a sanctuary of peace and natural beauty on the Aegean coast. You’ll experience a thoughtful flow of sessions that include yoga, somatic exploration, breathwork, workshops, guided immersions in nature, and moments of deep rest and silence. We will work with the concept of Atma Bodha, the awakening of self-knowledge, which invites us to understand ourselves more deeply by realizing who we truly are.  We are very excited to see which group will gather for these meaningful days of self-discovery and transformation, and to share this deeply enriching experience with you. Spaces are limited, so if you feel drawn to join us, you can find more information in bio. ✨✨✨

Instagram keeps telling me to post fast and flashy reels… but my channel is not about that. So I will keep sharing the way I share my practice - real, calm and in my own pace. Maybe it will not get the biggest reach but at least it is authentic and that matters more to me. But you can still leave a comment if you want similar content ???? #yogawithintention #soulfulpractice #mindfulyoga

A little about me :) Hi, I’m Yesim (pronounced Yeshim). I live in London and I’m Turkish with a mix of Bosnian/Croatian and Greek roots that runs deep in my DNA. I grew up in a small town near Düsseldorf - where I cycled everywhere, no matter the weather. Before yoga entered my life, I worked in the fast and creative world of media, fashion, and performance as a speaker, actress, and event planner. I created big experiences for brands like Vogue and Mercedes-Benz, and while I loved the energy and creativity, something inside me longed for quiet, for something real. That turning point came more than 15 years ago when my mother -a yoga teacher - asked me to give her one week. We spent it together in an ashram, and even though I wasn’t interested in yoga or meditation at all (honestly, I thought meditation was a waste of time), that week changed everything. It challenged me, made me cry, slowed me down, and opened a door I didn’t know existed - a door into my soul. From there, I began my own practice, my teacher trainings, different kind of traveling and eventually started leading retreats - which felt natural after years of planning events. But this time, it wasn’t about brands or spotlights; it was about human relationships, presence, and inner growth. Today I create spaces for reflection and reconnection - blending movement, stillness, and the teachings of the ancient yogic philosophy. I still do creative work when it aligns with my values, but my heart is here: sharing my own journey of growth. And although you don’t see my children much here, being a mother is my biggest practice. It keeps me grounded, humble, and learning every day - and can also bring me to my limits. Motherhood started six years ago and changed everything. I spend a lot of my time with my children, and through them, I keep learning about patience, presence, and unconditional love. ✨✨✨

Our bodies really are miracles. We forget how much is happening inside of us every second, how many tiny living parts of us work together to keep us alive, balanced, healing, and moving. Not just on a physical level, but energetically too. Our body holds what we’ve lived through. It adapts, it protects, it learns, it remembers. And in all of this we judge it. The lines on our face, the changes in our skin, the places that feel different than they used to. But every mark holds a story of where we have been, what we have experienced, and how much we have grown. #bodylove #mindbodyconnection #selfcompassion #embodiment #selfgrowth #soulwork

You might not agree with this at first. But when you look more closely, you will see how often we are hunting for love. We hunt for acceptance, for validation, for safety, for that feeling of being seen. We try to fill the emptiness with achievements, relationships, attention, beauty, success. We try so hard on the outside, hoping it will quiet something on the inside. But in the end, every hunt that goes outward leads us further away from what we are truly looking for. Because the real hunt is within. And the hardest part is not the outside world at all. It is the mind. It is the ego. That inner voice that knows exactly where your insecurities are, exactly where your fears live, and pulls you back into your comfort zone every time you want to grow. This is why the inner work feels so challenging. Because you are not fighting the world. You are facing your own patterns, your own beliefs, your own resistance. You are meeting the part of you that criticizes, judges, compares, doubts, and fears. You are meeting the part of you that has learned survival, not love. But this hunt, as difficult as it is, always ends in the same place: the deepest form of love. Because without self-love, even the love we receive from others cannot truly reach us. Without self-love, we look for something outside that can only be found inside. And with self-love, everything changes. We receive differently. We give differently. We relate differently. We exist differently. This is where Atma Bodha comes in. Atma Bodha is the path of self knowledge. It teaches us that the soul is the only stable part of us while everything else constantly changes. It teaches us that when we live from the ego, we live in ignorance and cannot recognize our true nature. It teaches us that self knowledge is essential and all other forms of knowledge are secondary. It brings us back to what is already within us. It brings us back to unity. It brings us back to love. The work is not easy. But the journey within is the only way to find what you are truly looking for inside. #soulwork #findpeacewithin #selflove #yogaphilosophy Photos by @daniel_schwirtz_torstenson ????
