فرقة التراث ???⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ كل ما هو قيم يحفظ و عندما يفتح، تعزف ذكرياته.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ من ذكريات الطفولة هو الصندوق الموسيقي الي يشغل معزوفة قصيرة بمجسم صغير راقص. كوني في مهمه في تعريب كل شي .. حولت هذا الشي الجميل الى شكل تراثي عربي. رسمت صندوق شكله مستوحى من صناديق العربية و سويت فرقة موسيقية خليجية ترقص داخل الصندوق . كان مهم عندي البساطة و الواقعية يجتمعون فشكل المجسمات مبسط ولكن كل زاوية مدروسه و حاط بعين الاعتبار اني بحركها. اما بالنسبه للتحريك فلكل حركة رسمة اعدل شوي عشان احصل هذا الشكل بالنهاية.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ وايد عوامل فنية يديدة في هذا العمل من زوايا و طريقة تحبير و صوتيات و غيرها بس مابي اكتب تعبير في الكابشن فنكتفي هني.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Heritage Band⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Anything that is valuable is kept in a box, and when it opens, its memories plays music.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ During my childhood I was fascinated with music boxes which led me to create an Arabic-themed music box. I was inspired by large scale arabic boxes and made a box and I made a band inside it. I combined a simplistic style with elements of realism where the band’s design would articulate realistically if it were to be made. The animation was made frame by fame to give this entire look.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A lot of work went into this from developing a new style and putting together the sounds.

مَعلم الفريج ⁣ ⁣ مصدر الهامي في هذي الرسمة من ذكرياتي لبياعين المشروبات الغازية الي يمشون في شوارع المناطق السكنية. هذا الشي كان موجود في الكويت و اعتقد بدول ثانية. ⁣ ⁣ مثل راعين البرد(البوظة) .. كانوا ينادون بالشارع و يبيعون بالصندوق على البيوت. الي عجبني من هذه الذاكرة .. انه البائع بنظري معلم و مكون من مكونات الفريج. كدول خليجية الفريج السكني خاصة بالجو الحار .. مافيه حياة .. الناس من باب بيتهم للسيارة. فحبيت ارسم هذيل الاشخاص الي يعطون حركة للفريج.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Neighborhood Monument ⁣ ⁣ My inspiration for illustration came from a distant memory. They would call out what what had in stock and ring bells of houses that commonly are interested.⁣ ⁣ As Kuwait (and the GCC) is an extremely hot country, there is barely any pedestrian life away from hot spots or markets; therefore, to me these walking merchants are small instances where there is some movement in the neighborhood and ultimately, there is life.

خلف الكواليس⁣ ⁣ اتذكر لما كنت صغير كان عندي فضول اعرف شنو داخل الاجهزة الالكترونية. بعد ما تخترب افتحها و اشوف القطع استغرب شلون كل هالتعقيدات و طبعا ما اكون فهمت شي و اقطهم. ⁣ ⁣ و هذا مصدر الهامي لهذي الرسمة و هو اني اعرض هيكل بسيط يبين فيه تفاصيل. سويته على شكل ابريق شاي قديم ولكن داخله قطع الكترونية مفصلة. فكرتي اني ابين انه عملية انجاز اي عمل رغم بساطة غالبا معقد جدا و هذي نظرة خلف الكواليس.⁣ ⁣ الرسمة مرسومة بابعاد الايزومترك و الي اشتركوا بدورتي كل الي تعلمتوه ممكن تسون جذي و احسن.⁣ ⁣ Behind the Scenes⁣ ⁣ When I was a child, I was always curious about what is inside electronic devices. After they break, I would open them up and admire the electronics’ internals but that was just about it.⁣ ⁣ This was the inspiration behind this artwork therefore I wanted to create something that was transparent and simple and yet show all the details inside. I created a teapot whith electronic internals. My idea is to showcase the process, where even though something is simple on the outside, the process could have taken so much effort.

صبار ?⁣ ⁣ هذا العمل مختلف عن باقي اعمالي بحيث زدت معيار البساطة و ركزت عالالوان.⁣ ⁣ ببداياتي كنت اعتقد كل ما كثرت بالتفاصيل كل ما صارت النتيجة اجمل. ولكن في الواقع اكتشفت انه رسم الاشكال البسيطة و اختيار الالوان الصحيحة العاملين المهمين في النتيجة الاجمل.⁣ ⁣ Cactus ?⁣ ⁣ Unlike most of my artworks, this one is even simpler with a greater focus on color. ⁣ ⁣ In the beginning of my art journey I always thought details is what makes a good artwork. But over the years I discovered that the right shapes and colors is what makes a particular artwork good.

ملقوف و ملقوفة ????⁣ ⁣ خليه من البشر الي يحطون خشمهم بكل شي تسويه و مو عاجبهم شي.⁣ ⁣ عزيزي الملقوف و عزيزتي الملقوفة .. لما تحطون خشومكم بكل شي راح تعرقلون كل من حولكم. النقد البناء جميل و مفيد او وسعوا الدرب و خلو الناس تمشي بحالها.⁣ ⁣ فكرتي مستوحاه من امثال عربية وايد عن الي حاط خشمة بشي ما يخصة ?⁣ ⁣ مرت الرسمة بمراحل وايد و كان للملاقيف جسم بس بالنهاية اختصرت الرسمة لوجوهم علشان تبين ضخامة الخشم و المعنى يكون اكبر.⁣ ⁣ The Nosies⁣ ⁣ A group of people who stick their noses in everything you do and they disapprove everything. ⁣ ⁣ Dear nosey people, when you stick your noses in people’s business you are only only blocking their path. Say something useful or make way.⁣ ⁣ I idea is inspired by many sayings across the Middle East and the use of nose on relation to “it’s not your business”.⁣ ⁣ The illustration went through many phases and originally had full bodies but to maximize impact I kept only the heads.

تيله: الملونه ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ في هذي السلسة ارجع لاجمل اشياء الطفولة البسيطة و هي التيله. الغالب كان يلعب بالتيله ولكن انا كنت ايمعهم كقطعة فنية⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ و اختم بهذي التيله العجيبة شفافة و فيها بقع الوان عطاها شكل مميز. رغم بساطة العمل كان في تحدي خاصة هذي الي فيها ابعاد مختلفة تعطي شكل ثلاثي الابعاد.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Telah: Color⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In this series I travel back in time to my favorite childhood toy, marbles. While most played with marbles, I collected them as I admired the simplistic artforms in each unique marble.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I conclude this series with this colorful marble. It has a bit of transparency with unique spots all around. Creating this simple illustration had its challenges, make depth with these spots required a lot of techniques.
