I had the most intentional New Years Celebrations this year ???? * Kundalini Yoga * A deep and profound midnight meditation * Writing out everything I want to do and become this year * Journalling last thoughts of 2024 and releasing that energy * …maybe just one glass of champagne during the process ???? Now: …to make every day after as intentional as possible …to surround myself with people who have only pure intentions toward me …to intentionally become a better version of myself …to handle hardships with grace (they’re unavoidable, but my reactions are not) …to fall in love with myself over and over, every day of this year …to pray not only for myself but for others …to connect deeply with my Heart Center (this was a big one in my meditation) These are just a few of the things that came up for me. I hope you all step into 2025 as intentionally as possible. Whether it’s a fresh start or a continuation of blessings, allow yourself to be filled with your hopes and dreams. And most importantly, reflect a loving heart to everyone you encounter on this journey.”
