Quadssss ???? No one ever talks about how hard these videos are to make ???? I finished most of the movements with drop sets. I’ve found that for me, drop sets have been keyyyy for my muscle growth. Drop sets increase time under tension. Time under tension = more muscle fiber recruitment and metabolic stress, which are both superrr important for muscle growth. I also ended this lift with some tib raises ????

This was a lower posterior chain workout from like a week ago (hamstrings and glutes????) I started with my compound lift BACK SQUATS BABY working up to heavier weight each set (2x10 2x8 1x6 no reserved reps) After I used all my energy in my back squat I decided to still do some lighter weight hip thrusts (a weight you can do 10-12 reps with) SL hip thrusts have changed my life and helped my glute imbalance SOOO much. Good mornings are also so underrated and feel so good.

Top three HARDEST movements i’ve ever done????‍???? This is called a sots press (thanks @danbatista2 ????) This challenges both your overhead strength and shoulder mobility. Basically it kicked my ass but I felt like a strong mf after so it was all worth it ????
