What happens if an influencer deletes their post?

Our trackers snapshot every tracked post within the hour of publication — copy, image, video, and current metrics. If the post is later deleted or edited, the snapshot stays in your report alongside its final engagement count.

How is MROI calculated?

MROI = (Earned Media Value + tracked revenue) ÷ campaign spend. EMV uses platform-specific rate cards by country and content type, applied to the actual reach and engagement each post pulled.

Do I need to give influencers special links or briefs?

For engagement campaigns no — we discover posts from their connected accounts. For affiliate campaigns each influencer gets a unique tracking link generated in one click from the campaign page.

Can I share the report with my client or my CFO?

Yes. Every report has a public-link mode (read-only, branded with your workspace) and a PDF export. Public links can be password-gated or scoped to specific KPI blocks.

Which platforms are covered?

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn for engagement. Affiliate tracking is platform-agnostic — any click on the unique link counts, wherever the influencer placed it.
